About our courses

Some courses provide a general overview of a few property features others dive deeply into1 key feature like home energy ratings which is important to know about in its own right. Our flagship course “Upselling Energy Efficiency Features” provides an overview of 8 property features, how to identify them, how they deliver lifestyle benefits. and how and when to bring them into the property marketing conversation. Every course empowers you to showcase more features with confidence at time of sale or rent.

Every attendee also receives information about where to access state and federal rebates and incentives to support upgrading a property with these features - to drive value, comfort and efficiency.

This fresh conversation for property professionals is underpinned by behavioural science research which identifies how energy efficiency features can deliver an important “value-add” when expertly positioned at the right moment in the buying or renting moment.

You will learn the targeted sales scripts and dialogues which have been shown to really deliver opportunities to add value; the when and the how to introduce these new features into your property marketing conversations and content.
